    Sunbird Sauce Curry Mix Hot – 3.5 Oz

    3 Boneless Chicken Breast

    3-4 Carrots, 1 1/2 Potatoes, 1 Cup of Onions

    3 Cups of Water

    *Good side for this? White Rice prepare it the way you like it*

    How to cook:

    Wrap chicken in foil, bake for 30 mins until juices run clear.

    Cut chicken in rough cubes, saute with onions in olive oil until onions become translucent.
    Add Water, carrots & potatoes, boil for 25-30 minutes.
    Once everything is tender add the whole box of curry, as it melts into the rest of the ingredients stir constantly until the curry has melted completely and is of a smooth, thick consistency.

    Then scoop it on top of some cooked white rice, like seen in the above picture and Enjoy!
